Every KelseysKlaws set is individually created and hand-painted just for you. Because each set is made to order, please review the following information carefully before placing your order.
CUSTOM & HANDMADE NATURE
KelseysKlaws press-on nails are individually hand-painted — no printed artwork and no mass production. Because of the handmade nature of each set, slight variations in colour, placement, artwork and embellishments may occur.
These small differences are part of what makes every KelseysKlaws set unique.
DESIGN REQUESTS & ARTISTIC INTERPRETATION
Reference images are welcomed and encouraged when ordering custom artwork. References are used as inspiration and guidance; however, designs may be adapted to work within the size, shape and proportions of the selected nails.
Unless an exact recreation of one of my previous designs has been specifically agreed upon, custom orders allow for reasonable artistic interpretation.
SIZING
Accurate sizing is the customer's responsibility.
For the best possible fit, customers who are unsure of their nail sizes are strongly encouraged to order a KelseysKlaws sizing kit before their custom set is created.
KelseysKlaws is not responsible for incorrect sizing when measurements or nail sizes have been supplied by the customer. Sets cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect customer-provided sizing.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because every set is custom made, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.
Changes or cancellations may be accommodated before work on your set has begun. Once materials have been prepared or painting has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of custom press-on nails, all sales are final.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect customer-provided sizing, or normal variations associated with handmade artwork.
However, I want you to receive the set you ordered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed upon, please contact KelseysKlaws promptly with photographs so the issue can be reviewed and made right where appropriate.
PROCESSING TIME
Every KelseysKlaws set is created by hand and detailed artwork takes time.
Estimated creation/processing times will be communicated at the time of ordering. Processing time refers to the time required to create your set and does not include shipping/transit time.
Complex character artwork, 3D designs and highly detailed sets may require additional time.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address submitted with their order is complete and accurate.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the selected carrier and shipping service. Any available tracking information will be provided after shipment.
COLOUR & SCREEN DIFFERENCES
Colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Every effort is made to represent each design as accurately as possible.
